Cutting Workshop
Our cutting workshop is equipped with automatic cutting machines and skilled craftsmen. Fabrics are precisely cut according to digital patterns, ensuring consistency across every piece. We handle a wide range of materials including Cordura, ripstop nylon, TPU, and PVC with specialized cutting techniques for each fabric type.
Sewing Line
Six dedicated sewing lines operate with experienced workers specializing in modular bag construction. Each line is configured for specific product types — backpacks, detachable modules, and accessories. Workers follow detailed specification sheets with quality checkpoints at every station. All stitching meets international durability standards.
Quality Control
Our quality control department conducts inspections at three stages: incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product inspection. We use AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling standards. Every product is checked for stitching quality, zipper functionality, Fidlock connector operation, waterproof performance, and overall appearance.
Packing & Shipping
Finished products are carefully packed according to your specifications — individual polybags, retail-ready packaging, or bulk packing. Our shipping department coordinates with DHL, FedEx, UPS for express shipments and major freight forwarders for sea and air freight. Every shipment is documented with packing lists and commercial invoices.
