1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for international orders:
- Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days. Door-to-door tracking. Best for samples and small orders.
- Air Freight: 7-15 business days. Airport-to-airport or door-to-door. Best for medium orders.
- Sea Freight: 25-40 business days. Port-to-port or door-to-door. Most economical for bulk orders.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. We provide shipping cost estimates with every quotation. For bulk orders, we can recommend the most cost-effective shipping method based on your timeline.
3. Order Processing
- Samples: Ships within 7 working days after sample approval
- Bulk orders: Ships according to agreed production timeline (typically 25-45 days)
- You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships
4. Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing an order.
5. Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event of shipping damage, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a claim.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. In case of lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the investigation outcome.
