1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using modularbagpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services Description

ModularBagPro provides custom modular bag manufacturing services including OEM and ODM production, sample development, and bulk order fulfillment. All product specifications, pricing, and lead times are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders require a written confirmation and proforma invoice
Standard payment terms: 50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before shipping
Payment methods: T/T bank transfer, L/C, PayPal, Western Union
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date

4. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, specifications, and materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. ModularBagPro agrees not to use, reproduce, or share client designs without explicit written permission.

5. Quality and Warranty

We warrant that all products will conform to the agreed specifications and be free from material and workmanship defects. Any quality claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of goods with supporting evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

ModularBagPro's liability for any claim arising from the supply of products shall be limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Fujian Province, China.
