  • Target quantity and how it splits across colourways
  • Target capacity and the load the system has to carry
  • Interface standard: grid geometry, or "match an existing pouch" with a sample
  • Module list with dimensions and what each module holds
  • Material direction and any substance requirements for the destination market
  • Branding method and artwork file format
  • Packaging route: retail, e-commerce or bulk
  • Destination market and the date the goods need to land

Packing lists reconcile to carton count and piece count before despatch.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is a quotation returned?

A costed route with an indicative FOB range and a sampling plan is returned within 24-48 hours of a complete brief. A brief is complete when it states target volume, module list, interface geometry, destination market and branding method.

What should a first enquiry include?

Target quantity, target capacity, material direction, interface standard, module list, logo method, packaging route, destination market and the date the goods need to land. Missing items slow the quote far more than a tight deadline does.

Is there a sampling fee?

Yes, typically USD 50-150, and it is refundable against the order. Tooling and screens are separate and run USD 300-2,500 depending on the branding method — embroidery, screen print, woven label, rubber patch or heat transfer.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ is 500 units per colourway. Where a launch needs several colourways, plan the first order as 500 per colour rather than a single larger run, and accept that unit cost rises slightly because each colourway carries its own fabric and trim minimums.

Which shipping terms are available?

FOB Xiamen is the default. CIF and DAP can be quoted on request. Transit is 25-35 days by sea, 5-8 days by air and 3-5 days by express, and container planning uses 20GP ≈ 28 CBM and 40HQ ≈ 68 CBM.

What are the payment terms?

T/T 30/70. The deposit covers material procurement and line booking; the balance is tied to inspection acceptance rather than to despatch, so the goods are verified before the final payment falls due.

Can we send our own tech pack?

Yes, and it shortens the route considerably. Send vector artwork, a dimensioned drawing or a reference sample along with the specification. Where no tech pack exists, the work starts at interface definition before any costing is done.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Yes. Interface drawings, module architecture and artwork are treated as the brand's property. Design ownership, tooling rights and exclusivity terms are confirmed in writing before development begins.
